About the Event
Dance your wiggles out at our Halloween themed baby rave! Children ages 4 & under can enjoy music, bubbles, lights, and more! Children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Older siblings welcome! Costumes encouraged.
Free event. No library card, registration, or East Alton residency is required to attend.
