This class is for the experienced beginner who is ready for a gentle challenge. In this class, instructor Louise Hamlin-Laird will begin with a gentle warm-up, transitioning into a flow that syncs our movement with our breath, and ending with a restorative pose to relax and stretch. $80 for 10 weeks, other options, or $10 per day.
